A File Photo of Senior Journalist Malik Mohammad Ismail Khan (b-1953 - d-2006) Resident Editor of Pakistan Press International (PPI) who had been brutally murdered on the late-night of 31st October 2006 by unknown assailants near his office in Islamabad the federal capital city of Pakistan during Pervez Musharaf dictatorship and his killers are still at large. In his thirty years long career in journalism Mohammad Ismail worked for prominent media organisations Daily The Muslim, Daily The Frontier Post, Daily Mashriq, PPI and Online News agencies. He started his career as a Reporter from Attock (Campbelpur) in 1976 and worked his way up to Peshawar and Islamabad as Staff Reporter, Bureau Chief, Editorial Writer, Chief Reporter, Editor Reporting and Resident Editor.
